Data Management Guide
This page explains how to manage your personal data within the CrazySpeak App, including steps to delete your account and clear session data.
Important: Data deletion is irreversible. Please proceed with caution. We recommend backing up any important data before deletion.
1. Delete Your Account
If you decide to stop using the App, you can delete your account by following these steps:
Open CrazySpeak App → Go to "My" page → Go to "Account Management" → Select "Delete Account"
After account deletion, your account information, profile, virtual currency balance, membership benefits, and related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
2. Clear All Session Data
If you wish to clear your conversation history within the App, follow these steps:
Open CrazySpeak App → Go to "My" page → Go to "Data Management" → Select "Clear All Session Data"
Clearing session data will remove all your conversation records and chat history. This will not affect your account status or virtual assets.
3. Data Deletion Scope
The above deletion operations will remove all data associated with your account, except for the following:
- Data required to be retained by applicable laws and regulations (e.g., transaction records, identity verification information);
- Data required to be retained by regional policies;
- Data that has been anonymized and can no longer be linked to an individual.
Upon expiration of the applicable retention periods, we will delete or anonymize such data within a reasonable timeframe.
